Remaining Days..

Even though the title sounds kinda mysterious and creepy, it's nothing more than to reflect these last days that I have, to spend "quality" time with my family. (the quality is kinda vague coz I can't describe what is termed as quality, is it being 24/7 staring at my parents/family or just being at home is enough).

I'm trying to settle the college transfer letter so that I can stay at College 16&17 with Mat and Amir. Mat gave me a copy of the letter, so I'm trying to re-arrange it.

I went out with Sameer just now to give back the bike key. We met up at Lot 10. He bought a Croc shoe (it's ugly + pricey = nah..not my taste, I need at least one of the thing to favor me,hehe). We strolled around BB, went to Pavilion, then turn back to Low Yat. Went there to survey PDA for him. The prices are very attractive for (I'm saying this since I am stingy guy and very cerewet when it comes to phone/PDA price) my view.

There was this 2nd hand Xperia-X1 at one of the shop. It was a thing of beauty. The way it slides open and close, the way it was built, the UI, I was in a sort of trance then.

'Coz of it, I decide that once I've settled at the UTM later next week, I'm gonna find part-time work and save for a new phone, hehehe..also if possible, for my own DSLR

...damn..when will that be ah?..i wonder..

Tragedy Strikes UTM

Just as the new sem coming up nicely, i read the newspaper today that police have found a dead 26 year old female student due to delivery complication. found with her is, a still born baby with umbilical cord wrapped around the neck..(source: The Star 1-july-09)

it's a tragedy, but nonetheless a shame to the university. i do feel pity for her and the child..but, it is believed she's unmarried so she was pregnant out of wedlock. that's gross.

one must think that those going to university are of the bright and smart ones, but this type of tragedy and news proves otherwise. there's definitely social crisis happening in every university that needs addressing, not by the administration alone but by the students especially.

it's definitely a sad new semester
