Remaining Days..

Even though the title sounds kinda mysterious and creepy, it's nothing more than to reflect these last days that I have, to spend "quality" time with my family. (the quality is kinda vague coz I can't describe what is termed as quality, is it being 24/7 staring at my parents/family or just being at home is enough).

I'm trying to settle the college transfer letter so that I can stay at College 16&17 with Mat and Amir. Mat gave me a copy of the letter, so I'm trying to re-arrange it.

I went out with Sameer just now to give back the bike key. We met up at Lot 10. He bought a Croc shoe (it's ugly + pricey = nah..not my taste, I need at least one of the thing to favor me,hehe). We strolled around BB, went to Pavilion, then turn back to Low Yat. Went there to survey PDA for him. The prices are very attractive for (I'm saying this since I am stingy guy and very cerewet when it comes to phone/PDA price) my view.

There was this 2nd hand Xperia-X1 at one of the shop. It was a thing of beauty. The way it slides open and close, the way it was built, the UI, I was in a sort of trance then.

'Coz of it, I decide that once I've settled at the UTM later next week, I'm gonna find part-time work and save for a new phone, hehehe..also if possible, for my own DSLR

...damn..when will that be ah?..i wonder..

Tragedy Strikes UTM

Just as the new sem coming up nicely, i read the newspaper today that police have found a dead 26 year old female student due to delivery complication. found with her is, a still born baby with umbilical cord wrapped around the neck..(source: The Star 1-july-09)

it's a tragedy, but nonetheless a shame to the university. i do feel pity for her and the child..but, it is believed she's unmarried so she was pregnant out of wedlock. that's gross.

one must think that those going to university are of the bright and smart ones, but this type of tragedy and news proves otherwise. there's definitely social crisis happening in every university that needs addressing, not by the administration alone but by the students especially.

it's definitely a sad new semester

The silence, joy and death

Kali ni aku nak cuba blog dlm BM lah..hehehe..

The Silence yg aku maksudkan ni, sebab aku xdapat online 3-4 hari..Puncanya : Modem terbakar kna kilat. Yang peliknya, time ujan ari tu, mmg umah aku dh blackout (sbb fuse trip bl ade kilat/petir yg kuat). Plug adapter laptop & plug modem melekat lagi kt dinding la sbb dh biasa cmtu. Adapter laptop ok jek, tp modem ni lak yg xleh pakai..but now, I'm back on track beb!..terima kasih banyak2 la kat TM yg pantas buat tindakan susulan pas aku report Sabtu lpas..(hehehe,dengan bangganya aku online guna modem baru jenama Billion. Yg lama brand Riger)

Joy ni lak, bukan refer kt Lina Joy @ minuman Joy Kickapoo, tapi refer kat majlis bersanding kawan aku, Amy & Uzair. Makanan hari tu, mmg highlight of the day. Sajian yg cukup mantap oleh DJS Catering kalau x silap.

pss: bila tgk kawan2 dh start kawin ni, rasa cm dh tua lah pulak..hehehe

Death refers to the recent departure of the legendary musician/performer Michael Jackson. Seriously, I don't know him well enough as a person and as a fan to say or to give my 2 cents worth comments about his life and death. But what I do know is that, he knows how to perform, write and sing songs that even now sounds fresh and entertaining. Who are we to judge him just based on what was written and shown in the news?..What I do believe is that, he's off for a better place now, after all the negative remarks (like Wacko Jacko, the prosecutions, etc..). Rest in Peace Michael Jackson!..

I know What I did Last Weekend...

Last weekend, I had a whirlpool of fun, goin out with friends from UTM who are doing Industrial Attachment in KL.

We met up at KL Sentral and discuss..and discuss...and more discussion on where to go and what to do, hehehe. It's usual for us to go nowhere. It's been like that since in UTM. We'll plan to meet, to plan, to go somewhere else...but, usually..it never happened like that, hehehe. Maybe we have priority disorder (read: a cute disorder signified by inability of the person to stay on track and focus on what was supposed to do, rather be carried away with whatever topic that sprung up at that moment)

Even though we eventualy made a move to Times Square, we were still wandering aimless. Still, we had lots of fun, at least I did, being able to be with them. Now, nothing beats that!..

Later, I went to my friends place in Padang Jawa and holed up there for the night. The morning after, went for breakfast and we lepak again, this time at Jusco Bukit Raja and check out the UiTM girls coming for weeekend shopping or just to hang out (the girls..they definitely know how to dress for the weekends) N-I-C-E!.....

Friday blues..

It's Friday again..

Fridays' has a distinct feel to it. As it is with the weekends. I always get this "feeling" when it's weekend (my primary English teacher said that Friday is considered as weekend, but not everyone seem to know or agree on it).

Weekends are solemn and peaceful.

On Friday, you get the feeling like the end is here (that sounds like Armageddon right?..well, it feels more like you're finishing up the week as it is). One can feel the excitement spilling over (especially for the government employees and bankers, they got the weekends for themself, hehe). Proof: Just head over BB clubbing area and I bet at least half of them are bankers from the area (some bring extra clothes and change, but some I guess just felt relieved another stressful week is over...for 2 days the least, hehehe).

On Saturday, one gets mixed feeling, as being on the fence (half of you is already going to party but, half of you is still confused 'coz most of your friends got half day work or you just simply woke up late). Proof: You can still see people wander around BB area with nicely pressed shirt and pants, maybe not formal clothing but mostly casual and semi-formal.

Sunday...Aahhh..the crown of the weekends. Once you woke up on the morning, there definitely is a strange feeling. You feel composed, calm and as if in trance. If you're fortunate enough to live in an environment with lush greenery, you'll get the blessing of birds in the morning. The morning could only go better with the arrival sunshine, gently and mildly shining as it climbs up the day. Just take a walk around town or around the neighbourghood, dump your car (not dump it for sure but just give it a rest and take a walk or public transport) and traverse the roads. You can stumble upon suprises such as new development areas in the neighbourhood or someone you know but never knew he/she lives nearby.

Weekends are blessings that we should take for granted and use it as it supposed to, with family, friends and loved ones. Don't be ridiculous and say work comes first, as one can live without job but not without family.

I love weekends...
